From 3 million PVC bottles in 1969
to a billion PET, HDPE, PP, and PVC bottles today

1968 Initial public offering of PVC Container Corporation: (OTCBB: PVCC)
1969 Extrusion blow molding of 4 to 16 ounce PVC bottles commences at 30,000 square foot Eatontown plant
1972 Maximum bottle size increases to 48 ounce
1975 Eatontown plant expands to 50,000 square feet
1980 Eatontown plant expands to 70,000 square feet
1981 HDPE bottles introduced
1982 PVC Container Corporation forms NOVATEC Plastics & Chemicals Division, a compounder of PVC and PVC alloys for blow molding, profile/sheet/film extrusion, and injection molding
1985 NOVATEC becomes third largest u.s. supplier of PVC bottle compounds

Maximum bottle size increases to 64 ounces, including handleware

1989 Company relocates to new 106,000 square foot plant in Eatontown with in-house decorating capabilities
1993 62,000 square foot plant with full capabilities opens in Paris, IL
1994 Company acquires AIROPAK Corporation, a Manchester, PA blow molder of in-line fluorinated HDPE containers for packaging of ultra-clean and solvent-based products

Maximum container size grows to 2-1/2 gallon

1996 Company enters PET bottle manufacturing

Eatontown facility expands to 140,000 square feet

New 60,000 square foot plant with full capabilities opens in Walterboro, SC

1997 Annualized output reaches 300 million bottles

NOVAPAK division is formed to reflect the PET product line and position the Company for its next level of growth

1998 Purchases MARPAC of Kingston, NY, a manufacturer of technical blow molded containers & parts

Introduces dual-layer, co-extrusion in-line fluorination of bottles

Paris, IL plant doubles size of facility to 130,000 square feet

Acquires McKechnie Investments (HDPE/PVC) in Philmont, NY

PET stretch blow molding capability added to Paris, IL plant

Hazleton, PA 160,000 square foot plant opens for production of PET & PVC bottles

2000 Purchases Schmalbach external preform business
2001 Paris, IL plant starts in-line fluorination of bottle

Ultra-Pure containers introduced

2002 First Sidel SB04 machine delivered to Paris, IL plant for PET blow molding

PVC integrates sales/marketing of its 3 divisions in comprehensive strategic plan

2003 NOVAPAK introduces wide mouth PET containers

Paris, IL plant receives second Sidel SB04 machine for PET blow molding

Walterboro, SC plant re-opens for PET production requirements

2004 PVC ISO 9001 :2000 Certified in Manchester, PA; Paris, IL; Philmont, NY; Hazleton, PA and Eatontown, NJ (Corporate)

2005 Sale of NOVATEC PVC compounding business

Transition to NOVAPAK name across the business
